Who we are

LUTYO Ltd is a privacy-first mobility intelligence company, registered in England & Wales, operating in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. Contact us at info@lutyo.com.

Driver data — we cannot read it

Behaviour analysis runs on the driver's device. What reaches our servers is encrypted with keys only the customer holds, or anonymised so it carries no identity. We are cryptographically blind to a driver's personal data — there is no key on our side that can decrypt it.

Because of this design, we cannot access, disclose, or sell a driver's personal data, even if compelled. We can only disclose what we hold, and we do not hold it in readable form.

Customer account data

When a business becomes a customer, we hold basic account information — company name, a contact email, and industry — to run the service and communicate with you. We do not sell it.

Website data

If you send us a message, we use your details only to reply. Our analytics are cookieless: we measure aggregate traffic without tracking you across the web, so there is no cookie banner by design.

Where your data lives

Each customer lives in one region's isolated account — UK, US, Canada, or UAE. Data and key material do not cross regions.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lutyo.com and we will respond within the timeframe your local law requires.
